A kitchen-goods eCommerce brand I founded and ran from Brooklyn: 95+ SKUs, free US shipping, built for cooking at home and on the go. I handled brand, product, architecture, marketing and sales channels.

I write novels and screenplays, and take photographs, under the pen name Alexander Helas. My debut novel, Société, was a finalist and honorable mention in several national book awards. More novels are in the works.

As a sustainability consultant for UTEP's Green Fund, I co-designed a self-sustaining recycling system for a 72-building campus of 25K+ people. We raised $120K for the pilot, projected ~$150K a year in revenue, and won approval from the university President and Board of Regents for a five-year rollout.
